| Comments: | Nice car B. Thanks for the info.I want to ask you if the 245R60-14's on onthe 8" wheels is all that will go under a stock Nova? Did you have to roll the inner lips or any other mods to get this underneath the Nova? Do these rub any? The reason I ask is I have been restoring(mostly "storing") my 1970 SS 396-375 NOVA. 20 years after a regetable offroad excursion, I have got a pretty decent frame-up resto.The car only has 32000 on the clock ,but I retained the few hop-up mods I had done. I have looked all over the web & the Flowmaster system looks to be the only way to go as I have gone back & forth about keeping it as stock appearing as I can. I was a 'dyno-goon' @ local engine shop & am convinced that if you are blowing thru mufflers then keep the 375 manifolds w/the FlowmaSTers & put the money on an MSD 6AL instead of headers. It will crank instantly to. Thanks again for the info.I hope to make a 25 year 'reunion' of all the E.Memphis gear-heads I grewup w/ next month. Scotty |
